    Pros

Professors can be very accommodating of your schedule and interests. Good and friendly environment. Easy to find part-time work as a student. Some professors may create jobs for students if they are proactive.

    Cons

Work experience varies by hiring professor; some will hire you and have no work for you to do, which means no hours to log and no money to make.

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to have steady work for hired students.

decent pay considering $10 an hour is one of the better paid positions at skidmore.

    Cons

no cons that I can currently think of, other than you really have to buckle down on time management skills. But this just forces you to learn how to do that and also prepare fo rgrad school.
