I worked at Skidmore College part-time

It was great to be involved and in and help out with on-campus activities and events.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Skidmore College full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Smart and motivated students, ample resources for teaching and research, great facilities, funding for research and conferences, good work-life balance, much better environmental than most liberal arts colleges which are in the middle of nowhere

    Cons

Saratoga Springs is not a big city, limited career options for spouses

    Advice to Management

I like Phil G, but I think he has been in his position and lost his motivation and drive. Mike West needs to be reined in, too powerful.
