    High pressure environment on high profile projects with high expectations. It’s an exciting place to be with many extraordinary colleagues and partners who work on extraordinary projects.

    Cons

    Work life balance and recognition for contributions to projects could be better. Management could improve commitment to growing staff within the company and do more to guide staff in achieving their goals.
