I have been working at Skills full-time

    Pros

    None except the clients now

    Cons

Ceo is manipulative, verbally harasses clients and staff, lies to licensencing authority, and is a down right evil person who only thinks for herself. All management is emotionally weak when it comes to doing the right thing for the clients. Nobody in management has good soul. Degregaging and miserable work environment.

    Advice to Management

Go work for a real corporate job and be a nobody there and leave us somebodys alone. Get off your butts and get rid of the witch ceo!!!!

I think you might have meant to review a different company, as our CEO is a man not a woman, and he's quite nice.

I have been working at Skills full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They give 21 day vacation which is really nice. The people I work are just great. Great team. I enjoy working with crew like that. Also you don't need any tools they have everything you need.

    Cons

Pretty much the only thing is that the pay is low...I feel like the company could give more money to employees but someone decides to just do something else to it...

    Advice to Management

My manager is very cool and nice. I never had such a great manager. The upper management is not as great...
