    Pros

None. Stress and Politics are the buzz words. R&D Sr. Management rules and anyone questioning their ideas and their greatness is put on the chopping block. R&D is totally fake and products are based on fake science and misleading claims.

    Cons

Survival skills will need licking the senior management. Extremely corrupt, unethical, dishonest, scheming and manipulative system. Need to have these traits to survive. Avoid and stay away if you can. No career development & advancement opportunities. Extremely stressful environment.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of R&D Sr. Management. Get people who enable creativity to thrive.

I have been working at SkinMedica full-time

    Pros

Same stuff everyday. Real easy to get a grip on the routine and everyone is more that ready to help you with anything if you need anything.

    Cons

You at times feel overloaded with work. Saturated with office room politics. Do not expect to be judged on your work alone.

    Advice to Management

Keep a better pulse on the morale of your teams. Stop having ten hour days, they only make the week seem longer.
