"Sweat Shop - be prepared to lie to the customer"

    Pros

The pay is good although turn around on expense checks is slow.

    Cons

Long hours, new employees are promised to shadow experienced employees during a break in period but this never happens. They are too short on resources to be able to do that. So instead, you are expected to lie to customers and make believe you know what you are doing before you actually can come up to speed and truly know what you are doing.

No feedback if you are not performing up to their expectations. You are just let go with no warning.

    Advice to Management

Don't make your employees lie to your customers. They can tell if someone is new.
