    Pros

    food, uniform and organized laundry

    Cons

    costly medical insurance (about $50 each week for employee), 5 days vacation for 5+ years, company paid less than minimum wage and now need to pay 335K in lawsuit, errors in pay

    Pros

    Overtime Available, almost all the time, good benefits.

    Cons

    It's a very disorganized enviroment, rude supervisors, very bad pay rate, hostile eviroment, bad communication between the management team, Understaffed so there's always trouble when someone calls out, and they do not offer proper profesional training.

    Advice to Management

    try to comunicate between each other better, increase your workforce, offer better training for the new employees.

    All employees must keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards, be able to adapt to frequent changes, work in a high stress environment and have excellent organizational skills. 1) Packing 2) Cleaning 3) Operating Machine

    Basic Computer, Basic Tools Fixing while machine stop working
