Pros
Great people - most are innovative, experienced and creative. Get to work at the forefront of a big entertainment, sport and technology company.
Cons
The department I was in had lots of employees that had quibbles about pay and promotion. Although not terrible, it was quite bad compensation for work load and responsibilities. Promotion opportunities were poorly communicated and it felt to me and others like management/HR avoid promotions and pay rises as much as possible. This led to discontentment and a disproportionate amount of resignations. Pay/promotion... system also very reflective of how pro-active personal managers were; which mine wasn't.

Pros
I have been working at Reliancestar Payment Services ( more than an year ) The working itself is challenging and rewarding. Its a " real " agile shop. Nice co-worker and working environment. The company with excellent training programs.
Cons
Some very good people there - a few intellectual managers.

Great colleagues, lots of very experienced and knowledgeable staff, excellent modern tech stack, learning and mentoring culture, laid back office with pool and games
Cons
Large enterprise that can be slow moving, people learn and develop quickly but salary increases fail to keep up with their new market rates, slow decision making by upper management can result in crunch time to meet deadlines by delivery teams
Advice to Management
Ensure salaries keep pace with people's rate of personal development - many of the best people I worked with left due to this Upper management should make decisions faster or even better allow the implementing teams to make more large scale product decisions within the teams
