Great benefits, good atmosphere, hard roll on the mind as people want to cancel accounts but if you are good at talking to people and don’t mind being under pressure you’ll breeze through! Good money and the hours are grand

Career progression can be a little slow as people move on very rarely. Senior management don't seem to have much incentive to change this as they're very comfortable, and could be much more diverse.
