Variety of projects and clients. Work includes everything from print design, trade show exhibits, industrial design, web design and marketing.
The trade show industry can have it's ups and downs. Sometime limited scope on creative opportunities.
They were flexible and had an open door policy to listen to issues and would try to help and guide you.
The compensation compared to other trade show display companies and sales compensation in general was not where it should be. There was no marketing program in place to help the sales people prospect and have a lead base. Other than incoming calls, it was purely prospecting on the part of the consultant. There should have been more marketing in order to bring leads in.
Advice to Management
Market Market Market. Skyline Corporate does market and Skyline is well known. However, marketing in the local territory would help the sales staff come up with new prospects.
