I have been working at Skyline Medical Center full-time

    Pros

Teamwork is great during the nightshift but It may be due to the lack of CNAs at night.

    Cons

Under staff for the type if patients being cared for. Becomes stressfull and quickly burned out. Its stressful just knowing you have to go in because you never know what your getting yourself into.

I have been working at Skyline Medical Center for more than 10 years

    Pros

Skyline is a great place to work! Employees get a 30% discount in the cafeteria and administration has periodic free meals for employees (for certain holiday or to just say thanks!). The hospital is expanding and adding more and more specialties (stroke center, trauma center, etc.). Upper management is friendly and approachable and take the time to learn the names of the employees.

    Cons

It's in a rough part of town but it seems to be getting better as Nashville grows.
