    Negative Outlook

I worked at Skyline Solar full-time

    Pros

    You get a paycheck

    Cons

Upper management in the Raynham office is very incompetent and really treats their employees poorly. Middle management in Marlboro talks down to their employees and pushes everyone so hard the work suffers. Getting jobs done at any and all costs is more important then the quality of work

    Advice to Management

Upper management should fire middle management, then resign. Let other people take charge of what could be a better company

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Skyline Solar full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have been working there now just a couple of months and I really enjoy it. The bosses are fair and I always get paid for any extra work.

    Cons

If you don't try or try to build your own client list you won't do well. Very money motivated!

    Advice to Management

Keep moving forward! I enjoy the direction we are headed.

I worked at Skyline Solar full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A lot of dedicated, passionate people doing good work. If they hadn't taken forever to get to market might have ended better.

    Cons

Senior Management was completely, shockingly incompetent, especially at anything to do with Operations & Finance.

    Advice to Management

next time, pick a CEO with a spine and a clue about who to hire to run the company.

I worked at Skyline Solar full-time

    Pros

Great learning environment which fosters growth and room for advancement. Everyone's voice is heard and opinion's matter. Questions are encouraged and people are always willing to lend a hand.

    Cons

Lack of structure so things can drag out or take longer to complete than expected. Finance issues as with all start up companies are always a problem.

    Advice to Management

If your employees are happy you will be happy. If they are unhappy you may find yourself with no employees to manage and you yourself will become unhappy.
