    Pros

Nice Building to work in. Good "people programs" department which was aimed at giving the employees a good atmosphere. But that plays only a small role in a good job.

    Cons

Classic outdated business approach that fails to give higher raises to good employees and allows bad employees to stay. This causes good employees to get upset that they are paid the same as bad employees. My manager was very controlling could benefit from reading articles or books on how to be a good manager.

    Advice to Management

The VP's and Directors seemed competent for the most part. They need to work on developing their managers more and reviewing those who are under them to find out what the managers could do better to improve.

"Great if you have the money, flexibility and energy to take advantage of flight benefits, otherwise, too many negatives"

    Pros

Opportunity to travel if you have the money, flexibility and energy to take advantage of its flight benefits; however, with the recent merger of United and Continental, more and more flight benefits were taken away or made more expensive.

    Cons

Decisions made by management clearly indicate that they have had very little hands on experience in positions such as operations. Like many corporations, this company is looking for more money at the expense of its employees. Very hard to move up in the company and have a life, as the hours and the poor pay of 1st level supervisors are very poor.

    Advice to Management

Learn what it's like to work in entry level positions before making decisions that affect them greatly. Standardize your management practices. Offer more benefits to part time employees, such as health insurance.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

It's good experience for someone fresh out of high school.

    Cons

Pay is in no way near competitive with other companies in the same work field.

    Advice to Management

Adapt a "fair treatment to all" attitude in the work place.
