I have been working at Slater & Gordon UK full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Some good teams and some of the offices provide comfortable office space

    Cons

Constant changes / new reporting requirements, high staff turn over, increasing (and unrealistic) billing pressures.

    Advice to Management

Consumers prefer to buy free range eggs, not those from battery hens.

I worked at Slater & Gordon UK full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    You get paid on time.

    Cons

Don't be fooled by the pro company do gooders on this website. This is an abysmal company who do their customers over as much as they do their staff over. Mark my words you have been warned, they will get to you in the long run and then put the blame on you before getting rid, one way or another.

I worked at Slater & Gordon UK full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good salary for non experienced workers or people with no qualifications past GCSE. Don’t have to take your work home.

    Cons

Terrible management. A lot of micro management. Poor annual leave options. Managers always attempt to bully you when sick. Poor organisation.

    Advice to Management

Stop belittling your employees. Don’t shout and condescend employees, especially in public. DO NOT tell employees when they can and cannot use the bathroom.
