    Pros

    Learning new skills in a friendly and supportive environment, knowledgeable coworkers, supportive higher management, a great resume booster regardless of your area of study

    Cons

    Balancing work and school can be tricky when it's busy season, but it was never completely unmanageable. No personal office for student worker

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work! I felt more supported in this position than I ever have in my "real world" jobs

    The management that I worked with were extremely nice and easy to approach

    Cons

    none, everyone was pleasant to work with and the job wasn't terrible at all

    Great community of employees, many opportunities to network with other campus entities, relaxed atmosphere, environment encourages you to try new things

    Cons

    It is a small community where it can be about who knows who more than ability, homogeneous community can be uncomfortable for some

    Advice to Management

    It would be very helpful if supervisors would talk more initiative in exposing their subordinates to activities and meetings that would enhance their development

    Able to choose schedule for the most part, ability to do homework, nice people

    Cons

    getting scheduled random setups for ballroom events when you already had plans - just make sure your preferences are up to date.

    Administration doesn't care much about what is actually going on.

    Listen to the staff who actually deal with students.
