    Pros

    You can make good money here if you are able to cold call, set appointments, use a consultative sales process to close deals and articulate a clear ROI.

    Cons

    The half-off coupon model has run it's course and companies have become very wise about this type of advertising investment.

    Advice to Management

    Your entire company structure is antiquated and the way you do business is seen as a pyramid scheme.

    Decent growth opportunity, fun environment (sometimes), opportunities to learn about leadership

    Cons

    75+ Hour weeks, little pay, manipulation to keep you there, very long drives in personal vehicle w/o compensation.

    Advice to Management

    Be more transparent in your interview process. I learned how to do interviews so I know what you guys do.

    If you can sell, the pay is good Opportunity for quick advancement based on sales numbers and success

    Cons

    If you can sell, the pay is good Long hours Depending on the demographics of your area, success could be hard to come by

    Advice to Management

    Do more market research before opening new offices. Some regions are just not able to support a full sales team.
