I have been working at Smart Circle

    Pros

Best environment to work with people who constantly motivate you. This program provides you with all the training you will need to succeed

    Cons

Must be set motivated, this isn't a 9-5 job where a salary promised. This job takes a lot of dedication, a lot more than just 40 hour weeks.

I worked at Smart Circle for less than a year

    Pros

This only looks good on a resume

    Cons

They ruin your car they don't compensate you and they put you down massively ever notice that all these reviews sound the same and they're from current owners or people about to be owners this company has over a 90% attrition rate meaning people quit more than they get fired let that sink in.... I'm going to tell you the truth the lack of commissions you make you could have made more money working at McDonald's part-time...

    Advice to Management

Liquidate your company and tell people the truth that you don't make up to a set amount a week or month and that this is a commission-based job only and which you are not compensated for gas or damage done to your car or vehicle

I have been working at Smart Circle for less than a year

    Pros

None. Well, actually, I made a friend. So that's cool. We were also both bankrupted by this job.

    Cons

Do you like long hours without pay? How about spending more than $300 a month or more on gasoline alone? Do you like spending $500 or more on car repairs every couple months? These costs will probably be more than you got paid. The average employee is straight out of college and is looking to make a life for themselves. Looks you're not moving out of your parents house any time soon! To say "This job is basically...

I worked at Smart Circle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I would not say there are any pros per say for this job. I did learn some things about sales and marketing. During the training they give you a bunch of concepts and stuff to learn which actually work and are helpful but trust me learning this stuff from them is not worth working for this company.

    Cons

The company smart circle is really not even who you will be working for. Each office has its own name created by the manager who runs and owns it. They promise you big opportunity and all these magical things...In the end if it sounds too good to be true it is!! In the end you could work your butt off and all that means is you would be scam other people into working for this company. My big this was they would not...

    Advice to Management

Have a better handle on your "offices" and "campaigns" you are running. You are a multi-level marketing pyramid scheme but I guess you're ok with that...terrible.

I worked at Smart Circle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The office is very high energy, and you can learn very basic sales techniques that could, theoretically, be applied other places. But nothing of any real value.

    Cons

Please read other low reviews, and notice the commonalities. I can verify all the statements other low reviews have detailed: cult-like mentality, overworking, management being misleading about money-making potential. The consistency between other bad reviews paints a very real picture of this company and the smaller companies it breeds. This place is very much a virus.

    Advice to Management

None. You've created a brutal, effective, efficient system of fresh blood consistently coming through your door and proceeding back out 6 months later exhausted and broke. Congratulations.

I worked at Smart Circle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Bonded with people over the fact that the company is a joke and a scam

    Cons

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! They reel you in making it sound like they can take you from an entry level marketing rep to a management position in a years time. It's a scam. You work 6 days a week, 70-80 hours a week and do not come home with enough money to show for it. They brainwash you into thinking that work is more important than family and anything else and that money should always be your number one motivator....

    Advice to Management

Get a new job. Go make something of yourself instead of brainwashing people to believe you're a legit company!!

I worked at Smart Circle full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You can learn some great sales training/fundamentals that you can take with you if Smart Circle doesn't work out for you Good leadership and training, no seniority, all promotions are within If you get to a high enough point in management you can be your own boss

    Cons

There is a high failure rate Long hours for little pay unless you hit senior management. There is barely any opportunity for work-life balance

    Advice to Management

waiting rooms of offices should look more professional as it can be very unattractive for people coming in for interviews higher salary is necessary

I worked at Smart Circle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

If you are just out of college and your parents are still supporting you as long as you have a job. This is the perfect place to "go to work" but really drive around and not accomplish anything all day until you are ready for a real job.

    Cons

Long days, low to no pay, terrible leadership, pay your own expenses, terrible training, inexperienced leadership, useless products.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and stop calling the job marketing. It is straight sales with no resources.
