I have been working at Smart Circle

    Pros

Lots of chances for growth and to learn about sales and marketing in the real world. Tons of room for growth both in the field and in the main offices. Lots of chances to learn about sales tactics, marketing trends, and if you like to travel and working in different locations then you will like this most of the positions available. Lets you learn how to run your own company and if you even shine a little, you will quickly...

    Cons

Tons of hard work. There is room for error allowed but you have got to be on the ball most of the time. Requires a majority of your time and focus, especially at first. The nature of sales can be very discouraging sometimes. But if you know sales, you know that this does not last if you are selling a good product which Smart Circle certainly offers.

    Advice to Management

Focus on getting products to sell that are easier to promote to the public.

I have been working at Smart Circle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The employees are dreamers, and are nice. I truly believe they mean well, but are brainwashed.

    Cons

Smart Circle has developed a way to make a pyramid legal. They sell the dream of making 6 figures in 6 months. I was told that it was a normal Monday to Friday job. False. Weird hours that I often found out about a day before I had to come in or less... I found out I wasn’t working a couple of times at the same time I arrived for work. Found out that I haven’t even been working legally. They’ve asked me to redo...

    Advice to Management

Don’t be brainwashed. Don’t be a part of this scheme. You may have good intentions, but someone higher up is cashing your checks while sucking the life out of hard working people such as yourself.

    I worked at Smart Circle

    Pros

Learning marketing systems, and you do gain better public speaking skills. I met some great people who work within the company & travel opportunities.

    Cons

Where do I begins? This is a brainwashing cult! Not only do they make you work 12-14 hour days M-S on your feet in cities and suburbs just walking around with little direction. They give you this "great brand of make-up" that no one in the company knows any true facts about. The company designed the make-up line that is absolutely HORRIFIC marked up the price on the website to name-brand prices and then you go out everyday...

    Advice to Management

stop lying to your employees and if you want to end turnover so quickly actually pay people, maybe you'll then get loyal employes. Stop filling heads of innocent kids about how corporate life is so horrible and they only pay you 40k and you have to settle for that it isn't true. Reimburse for gas, and tolls, be a legitimate company. All the owners should feel ashamed of themselves for running such a sweat shop and get...

I worked at Smart Circle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Learn good life skills, meet some cool people, get a resume booster, and learn to ask more questions before accepting a job.

    Cons

First off they make you feel special for making it through 3 rounds of interviews saying that they "get 300 applications a day" and tell you that you got pushed through because you are special. In all actuality they will hire almost anybody to keep their office full. I didn't fill out anything on questionnaire they gave me before my 3rd interview and I still got hired. The turnover rate is amazing. I worked there for...

    Advice to Management

Be upfront about your company in interviews, let people have true days off, pay for set ups, and don't censor what employees should and should not feel and say.

I worked at Smart Circle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great place to work if you like to con good people out of their hard earned money by using psychology studies to manipulate them into buying your crappy, ridiculously high-priced products!

    Cons

They start by sputtering lies about how you can make six figures in less than a year, followed by a long line of vague cult-like phrases (like JUICE) and talk non-stop about having a "positive attitude" when everyone in Sam's Club hates us for hassling them and conning them into buying our junk! If you don't drink the cool-aid they will say you need to work on your attitude. They rely on what they call "marketing systems"...

I worked at Smart Circle full-time for less than a year

    Pros

You can learn how to sell. I don't have any other positive things to say!

    Cons

Long, long hours; want 7 days a week; half your hours you aren't paid for; heavy miles on car; very stressful; had 100% turnover of personnel in 6 weeks!

    Advice to Management

Come up with a business model that works for more than just the Owner/Manager.

I have been working at Smart Circle part-time for more than a year

    Pros

I thought this was a scam at first but i was unemployed 11 months and I was willing to make a risk. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. I work in a promotions campaign and I have just reached my second promotion and anyone that said negative things about this organization did not have what it takes to be successful in this opportunity. If you are willing to take a risk

    Cons

Need to be strong willed and positive thinking.. You must have a student mentality always, even as an owner. You have to work hard and be flexible. You get paid on 100% commission but there is NO CAP. You have to be able to train people. This is a people building people business and if you are successful at it you will be very wealthy in all forms. Helping people reach they're career goals and making money....

    Advice to Management

My only advice to management is this. Thank you very much for everything you've done for me. I will see you at the top soon!

    I worked at Smart Circle

    Pros

I love the company. They were very straight forward with me about everything including the pay. The opportunity is real I have a friend and he is doing well right now being a manger. The experiences I learned from that company is great I also learned most people what something for nothing.

    Cons

You have to deal with different people from different back grounds. I had to work with people that I felt like was not worth my time and they didn't deserve the opportunity. I wish I could have stayed with the company.

    Advice to Management

You guys are doing a great job keep it up. The opportunity you all offer is awesome.
