      SMART is a great place to work at. It's a company with a young spirit, filled with people with good will that are always ready to help you. Here you feel that your job is valued and you get feedback about it. Besides, you're encouraged to give suggestions about things you would like to improve.

      Young and nice people.
      They want to be close to their consultants.

      Cons

      Immature in the way they deal with some serious issues
      Spend money in a lot of parties.
      There's no career perspective
