Amazing product, customer base and culture

This is a company where individuals care about your success and want to make an impact in the world. The product is constantly evolving (in a good way). It's great to be a leader in the market and work with people who seriously want to win and have healthy competitive spirit. The company has made some leadership and org changes recently, which a lot of companies are doing today. I appreciate the transparency the leadership team has shown throughout the process and has only strengthened my commitment to the company even more.
Cons
Constant change!! The company is moving fast and could improve with internal training and enablement on the product.

Interesting industry, evolving ATS startup, competitive & very generous salaries, great flexibility, global company, cutting edge tech platform, several perks & benefits; i.e. gym/wellness reimbursement, WIFI stipend, $250 office equipment allowance, unlimited PTO, company shutdown, and health benefits are okay. I had a pretty decent manager and most of the coworkers I've encountered have been pretty friendly. Employees have the ability to hit the ground running and ultimately test out their skill set. However, with any startup some structure will be lacking in certain areas which could present a challenge for someone who is extremely organized and process driven.
Cons
Overall, I enjoyed my time working at SR, (as you can see from my review up above). However, we had a recent Town Hall that took place just days prior to a massive wave of layoffs. HR and Leadership had the opportunity to inform and warn us then, but no, they had decided to avoid the topic and act like everything was fine and dandy. Secondly, inclusivity and belongingness is integral to corporate success and it's something that should be more widely encouraged and practiced throughout much of the business world; SR in fact, helps corporations achieve hiring success by helping corporations make better hiring decisions by ensuring a qualified, suitable and diverse workforce. However, both "identity politics" and "virtue signaling" can also run rampant here, and IMHO, do not think that this is something that has a positive impact when it comes to shaping and evolving the organizational culture.

Great people, awful management
Jul 19, 2022 - Solutions ConsultantRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great coworkers and lots of flexibility.
Cons
Imagine the CEO having the audacity to come on our company town hall and tell us everything is fine, just to let go of directors, AE’s, presales people, and even SDR’s. Individuals accounts started being deactivated in a hush hush manner, and when brought up leadership said they didn’t know what was going on. Unbelievably cold, getting rid of people who had been there for years, with no regard to merit. For a hiring success company, the recent layoffs were a dismissal example to set and I wouldn’t touch this company with a ten foot pole.

Pros
Good pay and benefits overall.
Cons
Management seems lost. The company was chaotic and not transparent. Massive layoffs that were executed extremely poorly. Great values, but they're nothing but lip service.

Pros
product seemed good and seemed to be liked by its customers
Cons
Company is very stuck in its ways of functioning, leaving little room for expansion and growth.

Pros
Fantastic place to work, grow your career, and develop. If you are interested in Tech and HR solutions this is the company. I can affirm that there is a work/life balance here, the office culture is authentic, the products are state-of-the-art and leadership is genuine. SR has remained agile and innovative and the organization has continued to grow, develop and gain momentum in the recruitment software space. I also think the new hire orientation and onboarding curriculum were very effective in the first weeks of employment. My manager has been a great resource when it comes to providing me with the necessary tools, training and guidance that is essential for my continued learning, success and career development.
Cons
As a new joiner in a rapidly evolving startup; sometimes it can be confusing as to which other designated reps or teams (besides my manager or fellow team members), would be equipped to address other miscellaneous/specialized types of questions that are on my mind.

Pros
Competitive pay, remote, wonderful coworkers

high stress, high expectations, lots of meetings
