Thanks for the review! We have two types of jobs 1) where our partners tell us what to pay creatives and 2) where creatives tell us what they want to be paid. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about the first type as that is up to our partners. For the second type, all creatives are subject to the same "rake". So if you want to make $1000, simply bid $1200. Everyone is on a level playing field. Hope this helps! Regarding any tech issues, we are constantly building and releasing.
