    The management is a mess. You don’t make marketing, you work for other departments filling docs.

    Friendly environment work and offices in Dublin centre

    Cons

    Chaotic workflows due to the head managers. If you work in marketing you have to do overwork, without any compensation. Salaries are not competitive and you don't have any social benefit. The food from the cantine is very bad and you have to pay for it.

    Advice to Management

    Make management, please. Rethink the priorities before launching the teams forwards in a tight time to finally put off or cancelled the projects

    nothing at all.
    Was good to start because this has been my first and only experience here in Dublin

    Collegue are funny

    Cons

    Salary really poor.
    Now there is a new salary plan, which the comany call "attracting salary" which is based on performance and every 6 months you can earn 1 thousand euro more but the salary starts from 23k
    The salary increase is only if you reach the target but no one will ever tell you how you perform. there is someone here who after years is still getting the same salary.
    There is not bonus or any professional development
    Is almost impossible to grow within the company due to the poor management. any time there is an open position the managements wants someone from outside to come and do not help internal people to grow
    there is cantine but you have to pay for it,
    there is a school allowance of 3.5 thousand but you will never get it unless you are an IT who need to develop the internal platform.
    So if you want to study Marketing, english or develop your skills with any course, your request will be deny since for your role you don`t need any improvement.

    when you work for Smartbox you are not a person, you are just a number, and if once you complain about the situation, they will tell you that you can find another job that offer better opportunity if you don`t like where you stay

    you have some of the most incredible people. within every customer service team there is always some one whith high skills as who started with Smarbbox to grow. if you don`t let them grow within the company they will not stay long... why shouold they?

    people friendly and nice colleague super fun

    really bad management, no opportunity to grow
    bully attitude from team leader toward agent
    poor salary
    Is better working for a vendor, you have more chance to grow

    fire every manager and hire internal who know better how smartbox can works

    Pros

    the colleague are the best I ever had and every friday there is some leaving party so we have the opportunity to stay together after work

    Cons

    the team leader are super strict,
    if you have a difficult call or an angry customer they asking you to close the call fast saying that we are not psychologists
    If some one arrive late even for 2 minute the team leader deduct part of your salary
    she is super bossy and don`t care about us, we are just a number and if you say something there is not space for opinion or confrontation..
    Really bad experience
    None opportunity to grow
    the new junior team leader becomes team leader after working in a customer service handling call for more than 3.5 year, this give you an idea of what the opportunity are
    This job is only good If you don`t inspire to grow
    no training and development

    treat better the people, don`t treat us like animal
    think why people are leaving constantly
    be more kind and less strict
