I have been working at Smashburger full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It used to be easy and fun. The company used to care about management

    Cons

The company recently sent a later to all their employees including hourlies stating the comany is hurting financially and will no longer be paying into the 401K. Now on top of that theyve cut about 90 labor hours from everyone's schedules so the managers do EVERYTHING not being able to afford to have employees in there store.

I worked at Smashburger full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Quality product some of the best Burgers and Shakes you can buy, very diverse work force. Nice end of the year Bonus

    Cons

Poor internal management but I cant say this for the company as a whole but my district manager was definitely was lacking.

    Advice to Management

Don't cut staffing levels so low that it jeopardizes lunch and dinner rushes, there demands to cut peoples staffs hours literally meant people had to do two jobs at the same time like register and making milk shakes this leads to a poor customer experience.

I have been working at Smashburger full-time

    Pros

Pay is not too bad, free food once you reach management. People can usually try to work with your scheduling

    Cons

The restaurant is highly under staffed so the amount of work and stress isn't really worth the pay. 50 hour weeks with some 12 hour days
