    Pros

    This company is amazing. They really believe in making the patients happy and providing a positive, engaging work environment. The benefits here are pretty good and they are very flexible with your work schedule, full time and part time. Managers always help you learn new things and bring out the best in you. This is a place where team work really matters. We also have work events (potlucks, holiday events, etc.) to help encourage team-building. I go home happy every evening and wake up every morning excited for the new days to come.

    Cons

    We could use more variety in our medical benefit choices.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work by letting your employees grow and learn new things. Always remember to listen to what they have to say and encourage a team-effort type environment. It is always nice to know that we can contribute something, even if it is a little bit. Positive reinforcement is always welcome too :)

    -Amazing culture based around treating people with respect.
    -From the top down everyone lives Smiles For Everyone on a daily basis
    -Autonomy to make decisions and drive the business.
    -Fantastic support partners at all levels

    Paychecks clear the bank currently. Comaradety with most co workers,watching their misdeeds lead to their failure.Watching patients leave the practice

    Cons

    Do not believe recent reviews. Working conditions are worse than ever here.Instead of improving them they hired a company to improve their online ratings

    Start valuing your employees.Get rid of Steve Bilt and The Spreadsheet Gang!

    Pros

    I work in the CBO at the corporate office of Smile Brands in Irvine. I love working here. When I have to take a day off I actually miss the office. Our team is full of great, friendly, helpful people. Everyone is always so willing to explain anything you need help on. The days go by quickly because there is always so much to be done. There are advancement opportunities and outreach programs you can get involved in. It's all around a great company.

    Cons

    In my department, if you're not good at multitasking or handling high stress, time sensitive matters, then it might not be the best place for you. Other than that I really have nothing bad to say.

    Pros

    There are several people at the field level who legitimately care about patients.

    Cons

    This is corporate dental. Most decisions are made by people studying spreadsheets, not dentistry. This is not a company that promotes honesty, transparency, or growth. Their employee's treatment ranges from interchangeable at best, disposable at worse.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your promises, invest in your staff. Our assistants shouldn't have to quit in order to get a $.05/hr raise.

    - Prior management missteps have tarnished brand and reputation, but CEO/CFO/leaders from Company's best years are back in charge
    - Company has lagged in updating IT infrastructure in field

    Focus Corporate support services on making the field efficient and taking away the burdens that can get in the way of providing great care and the company will win
