    I have been working at Smile Brands full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    This company is amazing. They really believe in making the patients happy and providing a positive, engaging work environment. The benefits here are pretty good and they are very flexible with your work schedule, full time and part time. Managers always help you learn new things and bring out the best in you. This is a place where team work really matters. We also have work events (potlucks, holiday events, etc.) to help encourage team-building. I go home happy every evening and wake up every morning excited for the new days to come.

    Cons

    We could use more variety in our medical benefit choices.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work by letting your employees grow and learn new things. Always remember to listen to what they have to say and encourage a team-effort type environment. It is always nice to know that we can contribute something, even if it is a little bit. Positive reinforcement is always welcome too :)

    This company has exceeded my expectations for an employer. They thrive on making sure all employees are satisfied and able to easily advance within the company.

    Cons

    Almost always there is some place to work so good luck on having nothing to do!

    Most employees are as Great as their management. A great manager ensures that the employee has no issues successfully doing their job!!!

    Pros

    PTO, Insurance availability, 401k, easy to access’s your information, communication.

    Cons

    I don’t think they match for 401K. (Could be mistaken) and I wish the Insurance didn’t cost as much as it does for a family.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staffs concerns. Take care of them as they take care of your patients. I absolutely love my job. And there aren’t enough ‘thank yous’ to show you how much I appreciate and value everything I’ve learned from my job.

    Pros

    I started working here four years ago and have grown with the company tremendously. I love being a part of a team that not only cares about the patients but also respects and cares for all co workers as well. The CEO of the company drills into our heart and minds that we stand for creating "Smiles For Everyone" amazing group to work for.

    Short staffed at times so I would like more individuals to join the team and see how wonderful your workplace can be.
