I have been working at Smile Brands full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This company is amazing. They really believe in making the patients happy and providing a positive, engaging work environment. The benefits here are pretty good and they are very flexible with your work schedule, full time and part time. Managers always help you learn new things and bring out the best in you. This is a place where team work really matters. We also have work events (potlucks, holiday events, etc.) to help encourage team-building. I go home happy every evening and wake up every morning excited for the new days to come.

    Cons

We could use more variety in our medical benefit choices.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work by letting your employees grow and learn new things. Always remember to listen to what they have to say and encourage a team-effort type environment. It is always nice to know that we can contribute something, even if it is a little bit. Positive reinforcement is always welcome too :)

I have been working at Smile Brands full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It depends on the office, I've worked in two locations and one is great, but the other not so great. We get paid time off and the office manager is very flexible if you need time off for appts and such.

    Cons

The only con I've experienced is that some of the office managers have an I'm better than you attitude. Again it depends on the office because where I am now the manager is amazing! Super nice and always willing to help you.

I have been working at Smile Brands full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company was a great place to work in 2007 when I came to work there. In 2014, a new management team came aboard and many things changed, including the culture and spirit of the company. I departed in 2015. In August, 2016, the previous management team returned and I rejoined the company soon after. The energy, teamwork, collaboration and dynamic culture are returning. It is a heartwarming thing to see.

    Cons

There is a lot to do to help the company back to a growth pattern. Sometimes we wish we could be triplets! But we are working together to rebuild the team, hire the resources we need and get back into high-growth mode.

    Advice to Management

    Stay the current course!
