    I have been working at Smile Brands full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    This company is amazing. They really believe in making the patients happy and providing a positive, engaging work environment. The benefits here are pretty good and they are very flexible with your work schedule, full time and part time. Managers always help you learn new things and bring out the best in you. This is a place where team work really matters. We also have work events (potlucks, holiday events, etc.) to help encourage team-building. I go home happy every evening and wake up every morning excited for the new days to come.

    Cons

    We could use more variety in our medical benefit choices.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work by letting your employees grow and learn new things. Always remember to listen to what they have to say and encourage a team-effort type environment. It is always nice to know that we can contribute something, even if it is a little bit. Positive reinforcement is always welcome too :)

    Pros

    I find that Castle is a company that cares for its employees! They are very flexible and understanding with pretty much everything! I like everything that they offer not only to the ones that work for them but also the patients.

    Cons

    The only downside is that something they seem a little unfair on the pay, some employees with no dental background get paid more than the ones that do. I find that very unfair and sad.

    Advice to Management

    My advice is to value their employees more consider that they work hard to gain experience in the dental field and for that they should be paid well.

    We get the opportunity to create smiles daily! Smile Brands has an amazing culture, mission, staff and providers! This place is absolutely professional and provides the best optimal healthcare solutions and services!

    Pros

    Company culture is truly amazing! Over the years, I've experienced a lot and I have to say it's the best now then before! It starts from the very top and flows down like a "waterfall". Our CEO is very supportive and always stays connected with our markets, which trickles on a downhill slide to the field leaders and then to the office level - where ALLL the SMILES are created!

    Team work and good benefits, work hard everyday to bring an smile to each patient, try to give the best treatment quality and make the patients happy

    Cons

    Be multitasking and handle work stress, set up rooms and make sure everything is ready for the doctors and patients, go over the treatment plans and play as a team

    Pros

    Simple, yet involved 3 word company culture of "Smiles for Everyone". Evidence of this embedded culture is everywhere. Most recently, our company stepped up with assistance to our employee victims of both the Harvey and Irma hurricanes.
    Patient care is #1 within our group. Professional providers are supported and guided through our model of G3 (Greeting, Guiding and Gratitude).
    While there are protocols in place, the is still autonomy to make each office our own.

    Cons

    Company match of 401k would be a great benefit

    Not enough team work and put the weight on one person.

    Instead moving up the people that are already in the field they hired people that does not have any dental knowledge and makes the work environment more difficult.
