    I have been working at Smith College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Amazing place- progressive hr policies and benefits- unbelievable pension, time off, training opportunities. Good work life balance and great for working parents

    Cons

    You get hooked on this place and it's hard to leave even if it would be good for your career. Some complainers among long term people here but most recognize it as best employer in the state

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you do. Your communication to people is good so don't stop. HR office was great always and top administrators approachable- don't change that!

    Pros

    Awesome experience!! I learned a lot about the subject and it was really helpful learning how to run a lab with a highly skilled professor

    Cons

    long labs, but not necessarily a lot of tedious work!

    Advice to Management

    none that I can think of!

    Pros

    I've held 3 different work study jobs at Smith College and all have been very positive experiences. Supervisors are helpful and understanding.

    Cons

    There are no real downsides but if I had to pick sometimes it can be hard to pick up enough hours

    Advice to Management

    Keep on doing what youredoing! Smith College is a great place to work and supervisors are very understanding!
