Pros
Good health and dental Insurance.
Cons
Terrible pay, high work load, high expectations to be perfect with poor training. Micromanaged via emails. Not allowed to say how you feel about a situation because management days that is causing a negative environment. Everything is hush hush. When a Manger is needing all of them are in meetings 3 out of 5 days a week, off one day and leave early the next day.

Pros
A job that could have a presented positive outcome for the right person willing to never question authority or use ones own mind.
Cons
This is not a place for someone who does not play office politics. If someone is different from the "team" and wishes to keep their own identity it is not the opportunity to survive.
