    Pros

Large Global Enterprise company. Lots of resources to take advantage of if you know how to effectively use them.

    Cons

Management and top-heavy organizational structure has too many unproven cooks in the kitchen and lots of bureaucracy. They have run off all talent for the “lip service” culture. Unreasonable blanket quotas create only a few places where there is opportunity to survive. Potential interviewees: ask 2 questions. How many territories made quota last year(or this year) and how many regions have actually made plan year over year? That should tell you a lot about what your getting into.

    Advice to Management

Culture needs to be addressed ASAP. Perhaps a UK issue since all decisions are made overseas for a company where a majority of the business resides in the USA. Clean house with all of the worthless AVPs that do nothing but run people out the door. Wound device division specifically.
