    Pros

Salary is decent, good benefits, bonuses are sitting around 50% last 2 years, great to work so close with your associates on a regular basis

    Cons

Company is micro managing it's supervisors more and more every month. Every week there is a new program and something extra we have to do. No one is held accountable for anything, just yelled at or sent a nasty e-mail to. Regular feedback to store managers are few and far between.

    Advice to Management

Corporate level managers should start interviewing store managers and assistants to see how they feel about district staff members and the feedback they receive.
