I worked at Smithfield Foods full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Steady working, always moving, close to home for driving. Salary was good and benefits. Working with other employees who were reliable as I was.

    Cons

Extremely hot since I worked during the summer months but this is a factory job working with cooking meats and product. Some employees were young so I had to adjust working with them most of my peers were reliable.

    Advice to Management

rotate employees more and hire more mature employees according to their work background rather than an educational experience is always a better tool to use.
