    9/80 schedule is about the only thing, unless you have to work your day off

    They claim to care about their employees, only care about management. Terrible work environment. Many employees are very unhappy there

    Pros

    Every other Friday off (9/80 schedule). Having a job is better than not having a job?

    Cons

    Unethical and myopic actions are taken for the "end of fiscal year push" and cook the books that puts customers last, prioritizes shipping product that isn't ready and isn't due and forcing other product to be late... Pressure to answer corporate surveys positively... Nobody gets to take vacations in July because that is the last month in "the year". Forcing everybody to work like mad to ship everything not bolted to the floor "this year" only to have a layoff or "re-sizing of the business" next month, on schedule. Temp-to-hire is a lie, more like temp-for-life. Nobody is immune from "re-sizing".
