    Pros

Great food, awesome drinks and an amazing culture.

    Cons

The stress on labor can be a bit tiresome, but that's any major restaurant group, overall it's the best restaurant group to work for by far.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it going

I worked at Smokey Bones Bar and Fire Grill part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Sometimes you get cool people that come into a restaurant like this and will still adequately tip you for a plate of microwaved broccoli and reheated ribs.

    Cons

Everything you could imagine about a bad restaurant.

    -Unsanitary
    -Constantly changing administration
    -Rude coworkers
    -Poor clientele
    -Awful food

    Advice to Management

Pick managers that aren't 22 and have been serving there for years, pick ones that will move your brand forward with quality service.

Start from the top, try making fresh food for once. There's no reason to smoke ribs today to be served for the next five days.
