I have been working at Smoothie King part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's not too hard, all you do is make smoothies, make change for customers, and do what the team leader tells you to do until you can pretty much gauge what needs to be done on your own. And you get to request days off and they're pretty flexible with your life.

    Cons

The customers can be awful, on busy days like Friday and Saturday it's absolute hell. It also smells bad after you've worked there for a while.

    Advice to Management

Allow me a free smoothie per shift please!!!! I'm begging you!!!

I worked at Smoothie King part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The bosses were great and kind people. Lots of downtime if you do your daily duties plus you get a free smoothie every shift.

    Cons

Low pay and not much opportunity for a pay raise. Customers tend to be very rude and tips are extremely rare. Working Fridays can be frustrating as it's very busy.

    Advice to Management

Give some kind of incentive to work on Fridays. Offer more raises, even if they're small.
