I worked at Smorgas Chef full-time
They have four restaurants. Great food. Very easy to pick your schedule. Sometimes could be easier to transfer between restaurants.
No benefits, no paid vacation. No career growth. Owner are very micro managing and no basic training is offered to you.
Advice to Management
Needs better management, more staffing . There needs to be better communication and training with in the office and managers.
The job was easy. Work with good people and have fun. Enjoyed cooking for people. Get alone with people.
