    The people are good and will help you out and grow with in. The company

    Cons

    The management is narrow minded and short sighted they claim to be a software company but lack real software development practices on top of that in California they do not pay well at all

    Advice to Management

    Remove the middle management that won't grow with the times

    Independent work Environment. Good employees. Excellent benefits. Interesting product. lots of ways to improve the process.

    Cons

    Remote location. Some employees watch your every move and report you if they feel you are not performing to their standards. Some people guard their jobs and won't give needed information.
