    Pros

    Guaranteed work everyday. Good products. Tastes good

    Cons

    Work can get tiring. Heavy lifting can lead to injury.

    Advice to Management

    Maybe don't put too much products on the pallets. More moderate unloading because the job can be tiring.

    I worked at Snapple full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Interesting learning about the product. Worked as customer service and answered phones constantly.

    Cons

    Temporary assignment - only lasted 3 months was looking forward to working permanently. Reviews from Supervisor and Manager were very favorable but they were not hiring.

    Advice to Management

    Don't advertise temp to perm position when you know its not true,.
