    Cons

the rare customer who doesnt tip. sometimes swamped with orders. but i guess thats not really a con!

I have been working at Snappy Tomato Pizza part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Cannot think of any. Free meals would be a plus if the food was edible but it really isn't. Tips can be good at times.

    Cons

Terrible management, no concept of food safety, filthy work environment, no consistency in product or job expectations, unstable hours, scheduling is awful (split shifts take up your whole day with little benefit to the employee) corporate is no help they only report complaints to the owner who passes the info to the store (including names of the complainer) This place is a complete joke. The building is poorly built and the air doesn't work in the summer which means the coolers don't work properly. It is very hard to stay customer friendly when you are unsure if what your are delivering will make them sick. Also bugs, bugs and more bugs.

    Advice to Management

Get out of the restaurant business

    Pros

Free food. That's about it. Sometimes made me sick.

    Cons

The place is a mess. Overhead is placed in supplying for the following week. Employees are uninformed of company rules and policy. Pay sucks!

    Advice to Management

Get out of pizza business... sell big macs.

    Pros

As a driver you make minimum wage plus tips. It's the perfect job for a college kid or someone just looking to make some extra cash.

    Cons

It puts A LOT of miles on your car. The pizza business is just shaky especially in towns with a lot of competition.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing your job and stop letting power go to your head. You manage a pizza store, not a factory line.
