Enjoyed working with a diverse group of people in a fast paced environment. Management and co workers were fun to be around even after the long days or work. Lift pass is a plus and the conditions are usually pretty good.
Cons
Living conditions are not so great. Pay is what can be expected at a ski resort in WV. long hours but enough days off to enjoy the mountain too. Lots of time on your feet of course.

Does Being Loyal to a Company Really Pay Off?
Jul 27, 2021 - Multiple Departments in Snowshoe, WVRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Season Pass, discounts, outdoor activities and exploration, incredible free-spirited people, great place to reset, air quality, beautiful views, great beginner terrain, great beginner resort for those interested in the industry, affordable employee housing.
Cons
Corporate and upper management does not listen to or value their employees. We're overworked, underpaid, and rarely have all the tools necessary to do our jobs safely and efficiently. Lack of communication is an issue and employees are often left out of the loop. When lower-level employees try to offer feedback to improve efficiency, management dismisses it. Not enough employee housing; most housing is outdated and needs maintenance. Terrible parking arrangements for both guests and employees. Even with a discount, outdoor adventure and mountain biking activities are significantly overpriced: $110 to rent a mountain bike on a Monday afternoon, for example. The company "doesn't have the budget" to provide/replace equipment employees need to perform their jobs, like RAZRs, snowmobiles, tools, and other essentials.
