    Pros

I was at Lyxor for an internship. The atmosphere was actually a bit different from SG's general one. The hierarchy was not that much as people who worked at SG said. The labor hours were shorter than IB ones.

    Cons

In terms of career learning, SG was not offering many training opportunities as the other bulge brackets do. I attended several "so-called" career workshop, once they invited someone from linkedin, but indeed they were quite boring and superficially interactive.

    Advice to Management

The group should invest more in junior trainings, including technical study seminars, exchanges between departments, as well as sportive activities maybe.
