I have been working at Société Générale full-time

    Pros

Good access to senior management, ample learning opportunities, you get a good amount of responsibility even as a junior.

    Cons

If you're not French, there is an obvious glass ceiling. The firm is very bureaucratic as well. Slow moving. The tenacity to make money is not what it is at other banks.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more.
