    Good pay, benefits, and flexibility. Low stress work, no getting clients or worrying about billables. No suits!

    Very limited advancement opportunities, management is full of idiots, and attorneys are managed by non-attorneys.

    Incestuous. Many in-laws working there and supporting each other behind the scenes.

    Stability. Flexible Schedule. Great Benefits.

    Cons

    Poor management - excessive micromanaging; Elderly staff stuck in old ways actively prohibit office growth and resolution of client issues; 25% of staff does all of the work - multiple people sit and do nothing with no comments from management.

    stop micromanaging; start trust employees to do their jobs

    Great leave benefits, federal holidays, work at your own pace without supervisors hounding you. The union protects us against lots of harsh standards.

    Cons

    Our new preseident is someone we are supposed to stand behind blindly. Budget cuts are frequent. Always at risk for furlough days.
