I worked at Sodexo (More than a year)

    Pros

It will take A LOT to get you fired, as long as you are in the right ethnicity group.

    Cons

Rampant favoritism to an specific ethnic group, really low salaries.

    Advice to Management

There is a lot to change, but since the way they do things suffice to get the job done, I don't see them making changes anytime soon.

    Pros

Helpful menu planners once you have set up the program. Any program you can think of they have including cleaning schedules etc.

    Cons

Upper Management is not to be trusted. They can set you up if they want. No bones about it this is a cost cutting Company all the time, it is always about cutting. Sodexo cut the whole Department to 38 hour saving big money for them, but all the employees moral and the sanitation naturally went down with everyone who had to punch out 30 minutes early. The other ones that came in 30 minutes late made opening too hard to handle always missing something.

    Advice to Management

Do not take the job you will regret it. When they want to they can set you up for the smallest violation and ruin your life. They are always hiring Management because they cannot keep them
