I worked at Sodexo full-time (More than a year)
I would have to say the few pros to working in the culinary department of this company would be that they have many locations across the nation. Found multiple that where near my home.
Well I would have to say that the cons are very low pay, ridiculous corporate policies, working for superiors that were in adequate, and was pushed to meet quotas with no incentive for gratitude when met. Only higher quotas.
Advice to Management
Show gratitude to your employees, and say thank you every once in a while. And don't threaten your employees' jobs, just because yours was threatened. Or they just might take you up on it.
