    Pros

Great hours, Good team ethic, people actually work as a team however management will let you sink they almost never help you when you need help. We were always understaffed and they refused to hire more people.

    Cons

management sucks they be little you. They are all in co-hoots together so your input or your worries never matter even if another manager is doing something wrong.

    Advice to Management

hire better people. listen to your employees.

    I worked at Sodexo full-time

    Pros

it is better than nothing. Most everything you do is of no consequence

    Cons

Management has no real purpose except to be a reminder for corporate guidelines no one follows. Strange, bordering on the neurotic, they struggle to find purpose throughout the day, often needlessly involving themselves in staff's daily responsibilities which are quite minimal to begin with.

    Advice to Management

    Cut half your staff.

    Advice to Management

Increase pay for hourly staff. Streamline corporate support areas. Look into improving benefits.

    Pros

    experience in food service

    Cons

Management does not communicate or follow through with complaints
    Too many unexcused absences allowed
employees that do show up everyday are expected to take on the work of people who are known not to show up (very often)
Management targets employees with higher level of education and subjects to unfair treatment

    Advice to Management

If management was changed the turnover rate and cost associated would dramatically decrease
Stop hiring anyone that qualified that applies just to run them out the door

    Pros

Most of the people are fantastic. A lot of the people u come in contact with are genuinely nice polite people.

    Cons

Unrealistic expectations from management. Poor payroll execution causing missing hrs and late payment of hrs. When there is an error in pay roll it could take OVER a week to fix even w/ state laws requiring payment in a timely manner. Micromanagement by hourly management.

    Advice to Management

Let people do their job and pay them on time. It really is jus that simple.
