    Pros

    -great clinical experience depending on facility
    -good company culture
    -ample PTO, sick time, etc.
    -will pay for annual CDR dues and occasional conferences
    -annual opportunity for small pay raise

    Cons

    -low base salary right out of school compared to someone with 1-2 years of outside experience

    each unit is different. from state to state, unit to unit

    it would be nice to see managers who cares and shows that they care.

    The benefits are great.

    Cons

    The people I work with most are great, some don't pull their weight and the manager does nothing to correct it.

    Advice to Management

    Have some moxy and make your employees responsible for their actions.

    The Diversity programs are excellent, Sodexo believes in supporting HR initiatives and working with a Team Spirit!

    Cons

    Pay is not where it should be within the industry.

    Advice to Management

    Work to deliver comparable wages even if that means the bottom line won't be BIG at first, but keeping your associates happy and morale up will make the bottom li e grow.

    Pros

    Great co workers, although the morale is lower than the Bataan Death March, pay and benefits are decent

    Cons

    Insane manager and if you go to HR then the person you file a complaint about gets a text telling them what and who

    Full replacement

    impossible to get fired , benefits , all shifts available

    not a good company , bad raises and they do not treat you well.

    pay accurately for the job you want your employees to do.

    Pros

    Flexible hours, ability to work overtime, employee meals were nice to have. In this position I have your opportunity to be in new places all the time to set up for events, so having a new venue was always fun

    Cons

    Hard backbreaking work, minimal pay, unprofessional staff, Difficulty moving into a higher better paying position. Management could develop their entry level team to be more ready for advancement

    Pros

    Great benefits, including profit-sharing of up to 6% of salary and 50% company match. We were encouraged to continue our education and keep moving upward. The company definitely promote from within.

    Cons

    Very strict rules, and human resources no longer really try to help the employee. They just try to keep the company from being sued or held legally responsible for any situation

    Advice to Management

    Speak up when you see something that's not right and listen to your employees.
