    Pros

    The employees are great. You create a good relationship with people who are hungry for a job. They really work hard.

    Cons

    Pay is bad management is awful they don't create a team environment. They don't elevate you on your work but who's grinds with the girl in the office. There agenda is self serving.

    Advice to Management

    Promote based on performance. Not who's friends with your office people. Have work ethics and integrity. Stop treating the bad people good and the good people bad!

    Pros

    Met great people and was given time off when requested.

    Cons

    Management is horrible, they rather hire outside than within. Doesn't pay what you're worth.

    Advice to Management

    Offer promotions and hire within the company, it gives employees a sense of self-worth and will likely drive workers to achieve company's goals and mission.

    Pros

    Benefits, check clears every two weeks....

    Cons

    Contract services is an extremely difficult environment, if it is fast paced and comes with a demanding client...it can be overwhelming. I found many of my peers struggling daily.

    Advice to Management

    Talk the talk...and walk the walk. Follow the company policies as they are written by the company...
    Please do not try to re-write them...or change them...or read more into them than the state.
    Most of the policies are based on laws....
