Manager who only thinks for his self benefits. Team members who does not help each other. No transparency in terms of staff benefits. All customize and stated in employment contract.

If you do not want to work and grow, you will enjoy this company. You can just keep complaining, there is too much work that all. Management thinks they are kind and people centric (biggest lie)

Stay away for your mental wellbeing. There is no clear strategy to grow the business in a responsible manner except for cutting cost. I was in HR and I have seen the worst leaders and leadership team in action.
