    I worked at Sodexo part-time

    Pros

    experience in food service

    Cons

Management does not communicate or follow through with complaints
    Too many unexcused absences allowed
employees that do show up everyday are expected to take on the work of people who are known not to show up (very often)
Management targets employees with higher level of education and subjects to unfair treatment

    Advice to Management

If management was changed the turnover rate and cost associated would dramatically decrease
Stop hiring anyone that qualified that applies just to run them out the door
