I worked at Sofitel Hotels (More than a year)

    Pros

The staff is amazing and works well together and under pressure, which is 24-7.

    Cons

There's no thought to the group work. Volume in volume out and whatever sticks to the walls will book. Rate is the only driving factor and there's no real appreciation for repeat clients. It's not an atmosphere to develop your skill set and think intellectually. Favoritism prevails from top leadership. From observation, if you're on the "B" list, life can be miserable. All that glitters is not tres chic.

    Advice to Management

    Sofitel Washington DC

    Pros

Nothing cuz is not positive only the building is beautiful

    Cons

A lot favorite, for a manager get new position need to watch others managers mistake and reported. O000 experience there, managmennt came from others country with RUDE actitud.

    Advice to Management

When you go to visit any hotel please focus in the employees no in the gossip managers. Some of them don't care about the employees only in renovation their own work visa. That's stupid when we have a lot potential inside of the hotels.
