    Management is childish, they will offer fulltime employment but after complition of project they will fire

    2. Job designation as manager but your report to a Team lead..reason the Managemnet gives is that first we need to verify if you are fit for a Managers role .. then what the hell was the interview for??

    Pros

    good Company in terms of payscale.softdel does meet the industry standards. projects are good in terms of technology . they have their on stack also for building automation

    Cons

    So called seniors are of minimal or null technological backgorund. most of them think of themselves as managers who is expected to just fill xl sheet and reply to mail . all of tthese mangers are from IT services based companies , very less talented & technical people, which is why company is still struggliing besides being some 15 years old in Product Engineering Services.
